Pick your class.
Choose adult or teen training, then find a time on our booking calendar. Your first two classes are free.

Show up as you are.
Comfortable workout clothes. A water bottle. Arrive a few minutes early and we’ll help you get settled.

Learn by doing.
Work through purposeful games and live situations with a partner. Your coach guides you from the first round.

Great jiu jitsu and great teaching are different skills. Nick brings both: over 16 years on the mats, 13 years of teaching, and a master’s degree in special education.
Expect thoughtful coaching, a sense of humor, and someone who cares about your progress as much as you do.

None at all. You’ll join a structured, supportive class and participate from day one. Your coach adapts the tasks to your experience.
Do I need to get in shape first?
You can start at your current fitness level. Training helps you build strength, conditioning, and confidence over time.
What should I wear?
A clean t-shirt or rash guard and gym shorts. No zippers, buttons, or metal. Wear shorts over leggings or spats, and bring a water bottle.
How do the two free classes work?
Choose your program and book your first class on our calendar. Use both free trial classes within one week, then decide whether you’d like to join. There’s no commitment.
Can older teens train here?
Yes. Our current program is for adults and older teens. Choose the teen option when booking; contact the academy to confirm suitability for your child.
